Simon Pieret

Consultant and Partner.

Over  the last 25 years, Simon has spent his career in the entertainment industry and has developed a unique expertise specialized in the Live Entertainment Industry, travelling around the world, immersed in the artistic creation process, show creation, executive production and operations. This unique experience allowed him to meet exceptional personalities and strengthen his communication skills, competencies in leadership and project management globally. Simon is an entrepreneur, used to operational set-up and management of companies at the international level. He occupied several functions as COO, CEO, Business Officer, Senior Advisor and Executive Producer. Over the last years, he had the opportunity to be part of the greatest artistic live shows created by Dragone. 

Simon has developed a strong network in the artistic and executive production community, in the entertainment industry and in the resort & hospitality business. He contributed significantly in the making of famous artistic live shows performed around the world.

Isabelle Beugnies

Consultant and Partner. 

Isabelle has built her career at the intersection of international management, human resources, and the backstage of world-class live entertainment projects.

Her strength lies in creating the structures and frameworks that allow ambitious visions to become reality. With expertise in HR, legal, governance, and organizational development, she has supported large-scale productions and international companies by ensuring that teams, leaders, and partners move forward in alignment.

Known for her ability to listen, understand, and bring people together, Isabelle has often played the role of mediator, balancing creative ambition with operational and human realities. This rare skillset has allowed her to rally diverse stakeholders around shared objectives and turn potential conflicts into drivers of progress.

As a Certified Master Coach specialized in Applied Neurosciences, she mentors leaders and talents to strengthen their positioning and lead with confidence. She leverages this expertise not only for people, but also for projects and brands, helping uncover the deeper meaning behind initiatives, clarify their mission, define their goals, and identify the right positioning to create lasting impact.
